Taicang German Industrial Park Service Centre – Land Rhine City Square
1. Project Overview
Located in core of Taicang German industrial park, the supporting centre of Sino-German SME cooperation base covers 150,000㎡ and its main functions include hotel, restaurant, apartment, office building, art recreation and healthcare services covering all companies within Taicang German industrial park. The centre has three platforms including Sino-German MOBO National Innovation Centre, Sino-German MOBO Provincial Technology Company Incubator, and Sino-German Culture and Art Exchange Centre, aiming to build Sino-German Cooperation base for gathering innovative talents and convert technology achievements.
2. Transportation & Location
The supporting centre is located at inner centre of Sino-German SME cooperation base, the unique base jointly certified by Ministry of Commerce of P.R. China and German Federal Ministry of Economics. The base is surrounded by nearly 100 well-known German companies, 50 of which are hidden world champions in their own fields including Kern-Liebers, Schaeffler, Trumpf, Mubea, Fischer, etc.
3. Project Advantage
• Sino-German MOBO National Innovation Centre
The centre is entitled as national-level innovation centre by Ministry of Science and Technology of P.R. China. Meanwhile, it signs formal strategic cooperation agreement with German Factory Campus to realize two-way incubation of Sino-German projects. With German technology conversion and culture creativity as incubation direction, the centre targets at building platform for free trade and conversion of technology, capital and market. At present, more than 30 Chinese and European startup companies and innovative groups have settled in the centre.
• Sino-German MOBO Provincial Technology Company Incubator
Entitled as Jiangsu provincial-level incubator, it has two-way overseas incubation function and offers more project resources and import channels to transfer overseas engineering technology and investment invitation. Relying on Sino-German cooperation platform and resource, the incubator uses MOBO service system to provide companies with comprehensive “acceleration services” including but not limited to matching companies with qualified Sino-German technical partners and channel suppliers. So far world-leading companies like Cargotec and Etteplan have settled in the incubator.
• Sino-German Culture and Art Exchange Centre
Hismoon Gallery is the first Sino-German culture and art exchange centre in Suzhou and focuses on providing professional place for art exhibition, Sino-German culture lecture, company culture events, and international art communication. Nowadays Sino-German cooperation is expanding from high-end manufacturing cluster to finance and culture industry clusters. Therefore, Sino-German cooperation is beginning to gradually cover art, culture, human ecology and social welfare. Hismoon Gallery has successfully held many art exchange activities including Sino-German culture and art exchange season, joint exhibition of Sino-German artworks, etc., which have received extremely high-level social attention and response.
