The first staff skill competition included six competitions: innovative dishes competition, carving & edge competition, tray relay competition, knife crafting competition, Chinese food table setting competition, and arithmetic competition, and almost all hotel staff actively signed up to participate. Among them, there are not only competitive projects to examine the professional skills of the staff in various departments of the hotel, but also mixed competition projects that focus on entertainment and deepen the mutual understanding of the work of the departments. It increases the enthusiasm of everyone and enhances the cooperation of the department.
The whole game starts on time at 13:30 pm. The chefs in the kitchen took the lead in kicking off the first stage of the competition.

The winners of the "Best Innovation Award" in the innovative dish competition are: Gan Bo, Li Yuexin, Shen Yuntao & Zhou Bing.
The winner of the "Best Engraving Award" in the Sculpture & Edge Competition is: Li Yuexin; the winner of the "Best Edge Award" is Qiu Feilin.
The winner of the "Professional Group Winner" in the knife-making competition is: Shi Qilei; the "Amateur Group Winner" winner is: Shao Ping.
The top three winners in the Chinese food stage competition are: Ma Fang (first place), Qin Lili (second place), and Lv Leiying (third place).
The top three winners of the arithmetic competition are: Gao Yanli (first place), Chen Jing (second place), and Wang Mengting (third place).
The top three teams in the tray relay race are: Shi Xiaoyan & Ma Jun & Yu Xun (first place), Ma Ji & Wang Jinfang & Wang Ling (second place), (third place).
