On September 27, 2014, the second "Staff Skills Competition" at the Land Rhein Hotel kicked off at the Rhein Banquet Centre. This employee skill competition has eight competitions: fruit platter competition, carving & edge competition, napkin folding competition, knife crafting competition, dish name quotation competition, tray relay competition, Chinese food table setting competition, and innovative dish competition. Active participation of all hotel staff. Among them, there are not only competitive projects to examine the professional skills of the staff in various departments of the hotel, but also mixed competition projects that focus on entertainment and deepen the mutual understanding of the work of the departments. It increases the enthusiasm of everyone and enhances the cooperation of the department.
The game starts on time at 13:30 pm. The employees who participated in the fruit platter and carving edge competition took the lead in kicking off the first stage of the competition.

The top three winners in the Chinese food stage competition are: Li Yangyang (first place), Wang Dandan (second place), and Ding Baoling (third place).
The top three winners of the innovative dish competition are: Lu Huaijun (first prize), Huang Qiuhua (second prize), Su Xifeng & Li Yuexin (third prize)
